• use the references from the Table to look up the details of the relevant Standards (the references are linked from the Reference column in the Table)
• read the relevant Operational Guidelines (the Operational Guidelines are linked from the OG column in the Table)
• check the background to the Standards and Operational Guidelines in the Workshop Papers on relevant Standards Areas found in the Table (the workshop Papers are linked from the Standards Area column in the table)
• determine which of the relevant Standards and Operational Guidelines are useful in the context of the identified need for technology
• follow the recommendations from the User Guide to implement the useful Standards and Operational Guidelines.
