The RTO ensures compliance with Commonwealth, State/Territory legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to its operations is integrated into its policies and procedures, and compliance is maintained

Standard 2.1

The RTO must identify and comply with relevant State or Territory laws including Commonwealth or State/Territory legislation on:

  1. occupational health and safety,
  2. workplace harassment, victimization, bullying,
  3. anti discrimination including equal opportunity racial vilification and disability discrimination,
  4. vocational education and training; and
  5. apprenticeships and traineeships.

Operating accross jurisdiction/s

When RTOs enrol across states and territories learners will need to be aware of the jurisdictions under which the RTO operates. Appropriate State and Territory agency contact details, links & information assist students understand the registration system under which the RTO operates.

Web site pages with information and links to relevant bodies.

What's New information for both staff and students - providing updates in relation to relevant legislative changes, Training Package changes course or assessment requirements.
