This guideline has been developed as one of a range of resources
to support auditors and to supplement the national AQTF resources:
Standards for Registered Training Organisations (ANTA 2001) and
the Evidence Guide for Registered Training Organisations and Auditors
(ANTA 2001).
The purpose of the guide is to provide:
- a broad commentary on the implications of online delivery for
compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations
- suggestions for the types of evidence available for online
learning which will support compliance
- a starting point or base from which auditors can identify their
particular information needs and access further resources and
tools.
This guide highlights the Standards where there is a strong implication
for the nature of the evidence needed for compliance in an online
learning environment. It has been developed in consultation with
auditors and online education experts.
