In 2001 this project established a Technology Infrastructure
Investment Fund to leverage public VET investment funds in
order to achieve additional private and public investment
in technologies to facilitate flexible learning in VET.
The project made recommendations to the ANTA CEOs about preferred
investment strategies, and about an appropriate evaluation
framework.
