About

The Online Student Services project conducted in 2000 aimed to support RTOs through the development of online support services that complement and support flexible learning delivery.

Using national and international best practice examples, the project identified a range of models for delivering integrated student services and other value adding services online.

The Online Student Services website provides Australian and international case studies, innovative examples of online student services and website reviews.
