Projects: Market Research, Evaluation and Planning 2003
| The Market Research, Evaluation and Planning project aimed
to research the market for the Framework's activities, evaluate
the Promotion and Communication aspects of this program
(national
promotion and communication and website) and develop a communication
plan for 2004.
This project started in the middle of 2003 and
was completed by the end of October 2003 so that the work
undertaken fully informed the planning for 2004.

- An evaluation of the effectiveness of the National Promotion
and Communication and Website projects in achieving the
objectives of the Communication and Leadership program.
- An evaluation of the effectiveness of the Framework products
and services, including advice on how the products and services
should be modified or discarded and how they should best
be promoted.
- A strategic communication plan for 2004 which built
upon the strategic communication plan for 2003 and includes:
- Branding
- Key messages
- Communication strategies
- Media channels
- Style guides
- Action plans
