Projects: Business Models for Flexible Delivery

About

The 2000 Flexible Delivery Business Planning Framework project produced a tool designed to facilitate the effective development and delivery of sustainable flexible delivery solutions.

Key focus areas for the project:

  • Strategic integration with existing organisation priorities and directions
  • Communication at all levels
  • Evaluation and performance management
  • Collaboration
  • Market understanding
  • Change management
  • Financial Analysis
  • Project management.

The tool assists managers in planning for implementation of any change-management associated with the delivery of flexible learning.
