Welcome! Has your business or organisation decided to deliver flexible learning, using online technology? The Staff Capability Review Framework is one element of a strategic cycle (see diagram below) which also includes determining the Business Imperative, engaging in the Planning Process and conducting Evaluation.

If you are a manager, you will want to ensure you and your staff, as individuals and teams, and the organisation, have the capabilities required to manage and deliver training online. If you are a developer, teacher or support person, you will want to understand what new capabilities you require and how these may be achieved.

After you have determined your business imperative for flexible learning, the Staff Capability Review Framework assists you to:
  • determine the specific roles you require to effectively deliver flexible learning
  • review staff capability in flexible learning by using a capability profile, with linked assessment tools
  • begin the planning and evaluation process for developing staff capability.
