You have tried to relax over the weekend, after the events of launch
week.
Now you arrive at work and find your boss Tony Scodella waiting anxiously
to talk with you.
Tony: "Hello. Hope you had a good weekend. You really did a great
job last week, you know. Everyone was very pleased with how the first two
forums went. I’ve got news about things that happened after you
left – and
over the weekend.
The Mayor had a big discussion with CEO Margaret on Friday night. The
Mayor hadn’t expected the residents to react so strongly to the
possible
changes in the train and bus routes. Surprised him completely!
Over the weekend, he and Margaret drafted a letter for a mailbox drop.
It’s being delivered to all households as we speak. Margaret wanted
to calm things down quickly, because the Mayor is attending the opening
ceremony for the fast train project this afternoon. Here’s the
letter
to the residents. Have a look at it now. I’ll catch up with you
again
before you open today’s forum."
