Phase Two Evaluation (Released June 2004)
This is the final report for the Phase Two Evaluation of the 2000-2004 Australian Flexible Learning Framework (Framework). It offers an assessment of the Framework's achievements and ideas for future directions. Each part presents a comprehensive analysis of the findings against the evaluation objectives and other aspects of the evaluation. The Final Evaluation Report (PDF 232KB) draws all of this together and presents the evaluation's final conclusions and recommendations on collaborative activities to support flexible learning, including e-learning beyond 2004.

This Evaluation report will be of most interest to those interested in
the assessment of the overall impact of the Framework (as distinct to
the outcomes of specific projects). It will also be of interest to those
working in specific Goal areas and projects as it makes recommendations
to changes in priorities for future project activity
Strategy
2000 report: Evaluation of the Australian Flexible Learning (816KB).
This report evaluates the effectiveness, efficiency and appropriateness
of the Strategy 2000 program of initiatives and of related processes
that represented the first stage of implementation of the Australian
Flexible Learning Framework. The report is the first in a series of annual
evaluations of progress towards achievement of the Framework's goals.
